ASICLAND won the award for "2021 Outstanding Companies in the Fourth Industrial Revolution" presented by the Minister of SMEs and Startups. 

 

ASICLAND, a system semiconductor design company, announced on August 4 that it won the award for “2021 Outstanding Companies in the Fourth Industrial Revolution” presented by the Minister of Small and Medium Venture Business, which was jointly sponsored by the Korea Journalists Association and the National Assembly the Fourth Industrial Revolution Forum. 

“The Outstanding Companies in the Fourth Industrial Revolution” Award Ceremony sponsored by 10 government ministries has been held every year since 2015 to share examples of outstanding business and promote the competitiveness of ICT convergence industries by rewarding companies leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution. 

ASICLAND is an on-demand semiconductor (ASIC) service company that carries out projects requiring advanced process like 7nm, 12nm, 16nm, and 28nm with its own know-how, and, based on the customer consultation, develops it turn-key from Spec-in to Test including in-between steps like Architecture Design, DFT, Auto P&R, Package. Throughout the experience in integration and test of high-speed interfaces (HSI) such as PCIe and DDR, ASICLAND, as a TSMC VCA, is currently developing and mass-producing many customer’s products. 

In addition, ASICLAND proved it’s competence in ASIC design capability by participating in the design of CPU subsystem and ‘High Speed Interface (HSI)’ like PCIe, and LPDDR of Korea's first artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductor "SAPEON X220" recently released by SK Telecom.
