ASICLAND has been selected as the ‘Youth-Friendly small giant company’ by the ministry of labors.
ASICLAND (CEO Jong-min, Lee) announced on the 24th that it has been selected as this year’s “Youth-Friendly small giant company” in the best wage category. The Ministry of Labor has been announcing youth-friendly small giant company since 2016 to encourage young people to get jobs at small and medium-sized companies. Selection criteria is the wages, stable employment and so on.
ASICLAND, Youth-Friendly small giant company, has various welfare systems including △Year-end incentives △Employee fund loans △Refresh vacation △Optional welfare system (cash point system that can be used from self-development to cultural life) for its employees. It pursues to create a youth-friendly working environment and provides support for company clubs, Flexible work shift, and leaves work at 4 p.m. on Friday.
The average monthly wage of a company selected as a youth-friendly small giant company last year was 3.76 million won. It was 980,000 won higher than the average wage of other small and medium-sized companies. ASICLAND is also expected to provide equivalent wages.
