TSMC provides foundry solution through the appointment of a VCA and designated ASICLAND as its official VCA to strengthen competitiveness in the Korean market.

A chipless company specialized in designing non-semiconductors, ASICLAND is an officially Approved Design Partner(ADP) of ARM. With ARM and RISC-V based CPU Sub System and a turn-key type business structure, ASICLAND provides spec consultation, architecture design, front-end and back-end design, package and test. Having a foundation of outstanding semiconductor design technology, ASICLAND is currently mass-producing system semiconductors for 5G, AI and IoT.
