ASICLAND(CEO Jong-min, Lee) announced that it has been selected as one of the best small and medium-sized companies to work by KEIS(Korea Employment Information Service),KED(Korea Enterprise Data), SARAMIN and Job planet.

‘Best small and medium-sized companies to work’ are selected by qualified evaluation among 5.2 million small and medium- sized companies and anonymous survey by employees of each companies.

The assessment is based on 8 factors covering welfare and benefits, CEO vision and philosophy, growth potential, work-life balance, promotion opportunities, in-house culture, executive competency, and employee recommendation rate.

‘Best small and medium-sized companies to work’ have been selected by Five organizations, including the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Korea Employment Information Service, every year since 2018, helping ease the imbalance between job seekers and small and medium-sized companies in manpower supply and demand. 586 companies were selected this year, following 565 in 2018 and 639 last year. CEO Lee Jong-min said, "In the future, AICLAND will make more investment and effort to create an excellent working environment."
